I owned our house in Ks... but we have rented since being in Bama... and it has been SA_WEET cause my rent is nothing and I have lots of room

Wife is getting on me about building (again) Already bought the land and we got a green light go last week so she is antsy. Id just like to wait until she was outta school and solid in a career before I bite that bullet though.
