They are down with it....... Had to pull some strings for that but it'll work out. I accue 1 PTO day per month of working there so by Ricky B Day I'll be able to take off :drinkers:

What sucks is it's a small place and I can ONLY use PTO days... if I'm sick or want to go on a trip I am pretty sure they don't do non-pay workdays.......

Gonna have to suck it up and plan around that. This job takes priority, but I'll still be making it down south a few times---enough to finish this dirrtay south video. For those I haven't talked to about the video, we were trying for this holiday season but I want this to be THE BEST offroad video yet---so we're pushing the release date back a year. This is better for everyone involved and will make for a much better video.

Nope, talked to Ted couldn't take the job if I was doing baja. Financially I can't do without work much longer(I'm acctually late on a settlement payment as we speak) so taking the job was more important. We are going to use some footage from Ted though for special features to keep the team in a video... Also make their sponsors happy by doing that.

Far from it dude. Pay isn't great, but it's better than sitting at home doing nothing.

I'll keep my resumes floating, hopefully something better will come up or they will opt for more pay. Right off the bat there are 3 people directly under me, which is weird I'm used to kinda doin my own thing--not delegating stuff. We'll see, I'm gonna give it a shot.
