Grease for CTMs/Super Joints

I have the small needle tip gun that comes with yukon super joints and it recently ran out of grease. I put the Synthetic Green Grease I use in the gun but I cannot get it to pump out. Not sure if it is too thick for the needle gun or what? Anybody have suggestions on the best grease to use for these and where to get it?

You can call longfield and they will sell a new grease tube for next to nothing.

I just sent him a PM, I also talked to Bailey at the ORC about it and he said the stuff from Yukon is a grease anti-sieze mix (bronze color) and I the grease I am using may be too thick.

I always took the grease caps off mine and installed a real zerk to grease mine....yeah it was a PITA but needles never worked well for me either.

Did some searching on PBB and found that the bronze stuff from yukon is copper anti-sieze, some folks say it is aircraft grade others say just get it at napa. I am going to try Napa and see if they have it..

Thanks for the help guys, I found some copper anti-sieze and jimmy sent me some that he had on hand also ;D

I also picked up a spare 1410 joint today and some other knick-knack stuff I need at lunch!
