So this is a few shots of the Hack Saw Garage fab-up of the new rock rails for my TJ. No tubing notcher only 4 inch grinder. Had to fit up the rails and make up some standoff's. Well to be fair I went to a Marks for the bending. He has a sweet hydro power bender. Now that would be nice to have. I used 1 3/4" HRSW tubeing, put a 45 degree on the front end and a 90 degree on the back. Next is the final weld up. I think a nice mig weld would look better then my old school arc welder.

No, it is just sitting beside the house. Been driving and wheeling the TJ for about a year now. Even planning on driving down to Moab in Oct. for a week of wheeling. Never wheeled out of state yet.

Hey Bruce it's John hows my old Jeep treating you, Still holding up good?
Hi John,
16k + miles since I bought it, two broken rear control arm brkts broke off frame, one rear track bar mount broke off rear axle. Long arms and shocks along with some MTR's. Working alot bettter now. If things work out this fall, I'll be in Moab in Oct. A week of TJ testing.. But I could use a full steam clean to freshen up the whole TJ, hasn't been as clean as it was when I bought it, but it has seen alot of snow, mud, dust. I think I'll keep it.. :awesomework:
