I called Hal a lil bit ago. Looks like his plans are to keep the buggy in Austin if he's able to buy it back from the ins. co. He doesn't plan to sell it. He said it needs quite a bit of work. If for some reason the Ins. Co. wants way more than he's willing to buy it back from them for then he'll turn someone else on to it. But if Hal thinks its too much, then its definately way to much for somebody like me.
