Well I think pre-registering rarely works, people don't plan that far ahead they just load up and show up. So I think all pre-registering does is require a lot more work up front for the handful of people that do it. The payout is a joke, if he wants people to show up and put on a show, it needs to be run what you brung, fastest time and no qualifying. This is not a full on comp it is a run up a hill. For the winner it will take less than 15 seconds to do.
