The ride dates are: Friday 10-15 and Saturday 10-16. With travel dates being Thursday 10-14 and Sunday 10-17.

Okay, time for a comitment. The "barn" is taken. They do have an apartment for $150 a night.

3 bed rooms .
1 full size in one room
1 twin in another room
2 twins in another room
1 sofa
full kitchen
1 full bath

We need to book this ASAP.

I am in for the 1 twin bed bedroom. Who else?

I'm sure there are taxes on it, but just for numbers, that will be $75 per person.

I can put this on my credit card as soon as we decide.

But no more than 6 people in this apartment

Count me out on this one. This is my youngest daughters birthday party. I have never missed one of my kids birthday parties, but I have been accused of instigating an all out food fight a time of two. I think I was framed. :dunno:

Does anyone have a problem with Jamie and I taking four wheelers??

I haven't spoken to Jamie yet, but my aunt lives ~ 5 minutes down the road. So if we go, we'll stay with her.

Amie :) booyang

Looks like were out. We are going to a wedding in Enterprise AL. I hate that we can't tag along on this one. Coal Creek OHV is gorgeous.

Is this ride going to happen? Looks like most have other commitments. I remember from the meeting, that we only had commitments from Rich, Greg, and myself. My dad asked me yesterday to go on vacation with him to Williamsburg, VA in the RVs. While I have full commitment to the club, I am torn on this one. My parents are both over 80, so spending time with them when asked is very important.

So, are we in or out, I need to make a decision is the next couple of days.

You should go with your parents John. Historically without booking in advance all these travel rides fall apart week of. I cannot commit at all because I don't have a rig and have no clue when I will have one. I am struggling with this motor swap at this point, but I have sold the old stuff and so have no choice but wait or find another solution.

I am rigless and was looking for an open seat but it looks like I'm out officially regardless.
