Heasding East or Southeast next weekend 5-7

Actually leaving Thursday night on the 4th. My old buddy Tim and I are planing a "seat of the pants" to no destination in particular. Aiming for 6-800 miles a day is I can handle that. Tim has a 1200 Bimmer sport touring that is perfect for that and triple digit speeds. I am just hoping to keep up.

Thinking it will end up SE for weather reasons. Other than that, anyone have any places we should hit? Leaving from east central Iowa BTW
