heater core 02 ram

hey has any one ever did a heater core on an 2002 dodge ram 4.7.If so how bad was it?im tryin to figure out what im in for.

Pull the dash out and lay it on the front seats....then remove the heater case from the firewall...Have fun!:redneck:

yeah i've done a couple their not the hard, just unplug the big connectors on the dash and pull the dash there are not to many bolts... un-hook the gear selector before you get to far into it or else you'll break the little cable and it's expensive

Agreed (although I haven't made that mistake)!!! They really aren't that difficult---it's just kind of intimidating when you look, and the dash is not where it's supposed to be!:redneck:

yeah i know the first one i did was kind of intimidating. yeah i made that mistake on the first one, luckily we were able to get it fixed and working
