Help cutting out fenders on 85 k5 for big tires?

hey guys im looking to get bigger tires preferably 37" or 38" tires i only have 3" lift on my 85 k5 so should i get a bigger lift or jsut cut the crap out of my fenders? if you know how to cut out fenders well than get me some info on how much you would charge. And does anyone know of any good deals on 4 37" or 38" tires?

Get the tires bolt them on cut as necessary. Use a air body saw. So you keep the fender from looking like you took an angry beaver to them. No lift keep the center of gravity low.
