of those guys that went, what did you think? I know that there were some **** up here and there, some scoring issues that were resolved and the owner trying to run the show.
any ideas, concerns??

I think they did pretty well considering the time frame that this was put together. I think with the right about of advertising there could be a good sized crowd show up. The sponsers were tight and some wouldnt come anything, but times are tough and to sponsor something that isnt proven is taking a chance I guess.

scoring definitely needs worked over. I think points per obstacle isnt really needed, just points subtracted if you avoid an obstacle...mainly a timed event, unless you cant make it..then distance.

gimme your thoughts....

Having seen a lot of events through, I think that it went pretty smoothly for a 1st time event. I liked the setup and the layout of the obstacles.

The one thing I may suggest is that if you are going to keep it a two day event, is to get most of the media coverage to come on that day. When Matt Steele and crew were there on Sun. a few of the teams were already out and the ones that were still going were running on borrowed time. That type of intensity is very hard to keep up for two days. Both you and your rig are pretty beat down by even the end of Sat. events.
