houses again

went to kanbuild yesterday. I wasn't impressed with the quality for the price. we are now going to talk to a local builder that is about the highest in quality on spec type homes. He will tweak anything we want and I have known him my whole life. Same church and whatnot. I think he's cool with me doing some of my own stuff as well. :woody:

kind of the plan. I just don't have the ****ing time to do a full house build like my bro in law and sis did. having a wife make 80K a year would help so I could take off and build it. at 45K, not so much

3 acres, yeah not big on the trailer, but inside it is really nice, and pretty spacious, I dont care if I live in a tent as long as I have a shop and a little land hitit

I think we settled on a builder today, need to nail down a plan with the mods we want and drop that grand, then drop the coin on the permit. about $3K between the 2. I am going to try to do it out of pocket, along with the water meter. just have to sell a couple trucks. Only $8.5K

The plan is the next step. anyone know of an architect/engineer that works cheap? :flipoff1:

I told her it was going to be rough building and would test our marriage, and even before we start I was 45 min late to work yesterday from a crying fit. emotional wemmins are ****ing confusing ??? :
