How To Open An 04 Silverado door?

So my truck got broken into couple weeks ago in Pacific. They punched the door lock out. So when I got into the truck I locked the door so it would stay closed. Now I have the parts to fix the door, but not sure how to get it open? Any ideas? Jumping across the passenger seat is getting old.
