I'd drive up to the dealership with the car and ask to speak to the service department manager. I would stay calm and point out everything that was done wrong. Come up with what you think they should do to make things right and tell him that is what you want. If you are calm and cool, I would guess you will get what you want as long as it is reasonable.On a side note, I will never take any car I own to the dealership if I can prevent it. I am 40 yrs old and have never paid to have my oil changed once in my life. We bought my wife a new Highlander 1.5 yrs ago with free oil changes for the first two years. No thanks, I've been doing them myself.
