I have no number for you. My local machine shop is now just doing hospital tools and they can't dirty the shop up with stuff we use. However the price was 60.00 the setup cost the most. You might try Gilco Machine Shop in Tarrant, AL 205-841-1347 . They use to do special odd jobs for me at a reasonable price.
