Starting to look at buyin sum steering. Gona be running front and rear steer rockwells. Just wanting to know what worked for you and didn't work so it mite save me a little time. As of now I have no idea which cylinders of pumps I want to go with so I am open to all suggestions.

I would run 2 power steering pumps if I were you. 1 for the front 1 for the rear. Just make sure you get a good orbital and not something from the junk yard. Also PSC has a pretty good rear steer control, but POS has the best but it cost a lot more. Rams don't really matter. POS, PSC, Howe, there all about the same.

If you have cash I would get a "system" built to your specs from PSC or Howe. Best way to go is to get matched components and not try and piecemeal a system together.

Get the Joystick like John G's if you have the availbility. That thing is fun as hell and has the locker switches built into the handle. :spin:

Not a problem, it should be ready for New Years up in Tn. Are you still in? thumb.gif

you can measure the orbital gear plate to know the ci/rev , and you can change them out for different displacement, just watch out for the check ball.

Haley, you can check mine out soon I ordered a new orbital from EOR the other day, if Im lucky it will show up today ! loller.gif

its easy to remember, 1" = 12 ci/rev , 1/2" = 6 ci/rev , and so on, you can do the math from there.

Cool. Since me and dad have been in the car for 12 hours today you wouldn't believe what all we have built. Still got another 12 before we get there and then we have the drive home also, so you can imagine ;D
