RCV might be able to answer that question better, but I'm thinking "No, or marginal at best"I assume you mean the actual pinion shaft, as in not twisting the actual pinion splines on a 29 spline pinion (which is exacerbated in a D60/70 because the splines step down to a much smaller diameter than the rest of the pinion shaft, ie something's gotta give)
