man this is the longest Ive gone without a rig to wheel in along time... and one is sitting in my carport that could be ready in a weekend.

Im almost to the fug a buggy throw the Turd together with better pieces here and there stage in life... :flipoff1:

I hate not having a rig ready to go at a whim... this sucks.

Yea basically... with Corbeaus and 42 Iroks too I could go real wild and be TH350/D300 with 4.1 too :o :flipoff1:

If I were here.... Id be more happy

You think the Turd is out to kill me ? :o

I need something respectable and decent... something I feel good about and enjoy and appreciate... the Turd isnt and will never be that.

( Nor was it intended to be... its the Turd.. .its done its job and done it better than ever expected. ) Maybe Ill keep it and resurrect it some day, Miles doesnt have any time or money either :flipoff1:

( ** My seats are in whooo hooo !! ** )

x2 times the labor... 3x the time before I have my buggy. Turd is retired man... Im not into it. :flipper:

I just have to accept the fact that Im a web wheeling ****** the rest of this year. I WILL NOT be without a rig next year... I give two damns, if I start my chassis next month of the following. Ill stay on it until its done. March at the "everythings got F'd and I ran outta money twice" latest. Ill have my buggy.

i say patch the turd and wheel the **** out it and save the new parts and start a chasis take it from someone that has not had a rig since last june a wish that i would have kept the toyota until the buggy is done i mean you are not planing to use that many parts off it anyways and if you need some parts for mockup then borrow them i can find you a engine block and trans and you already have the transfercase all you need is some axels and i am sure you can find someone to let you borrow for that.

let f-------- ride

I dont work that way... I agree the rational side of me says... F that put the Turd back with the parts you have collected and start the chassis..

You wanna know what would happen.

Id build the chassis, and sell it before one part touched it. Then Id be in the same boat with a bunch of parts Im steadily tryin to kill cause I give a F about the Turd. :flipoff1:

Unless you are planning to use the turd for funds for the buggy project then why not wheel it? With you only having nights and weekends to work on the buggy and since you don't have a huge pile of parts on hand I say you are looking at least a year without a rig. Maybe a little shorter or longer, but that is a realistic estimate

I know were a factory Tubular motorsports chassis with a dana 60 housing and 14 bolt are for $2200

hey P I'm right there with ya except i got my parts sittin here and am gonna regret building my buggy off of this toyota frame :drinkers: :-X unless I get this job I'm workin on and then I'm not touchin **** till winter.... and it'll be a full tube buggy then.

the turd should be in pieces by now and a pile of parts in the corner. you are coming up here in a couple of weeks with a wrecked out shell of a turd on teh trailer and riding shotty in the sheep gettin silly ****ing **** up and drinking silly. strip that fugger, you have just under 2 weeks.

I havent touched it Kelly.... I think Im gonna skip draggin it up there this trip and get further through the buggy build. I do need to pull the motor. I need to get my tranny done and hook up with Mason to get the tcase adapter so I have all the running gear sitting here.

I wonder if Miles will let me bring his 60 and 14B down in advance ;D
