Somebody built a knockoff of TC's rig. He's known (barely) by some of the guys around here and isn't thought highly of. He finds this forum and claims it's an original design, which it clearly isn't. Hogghead comes around and pretends to be the owner of the rig, chatter goes back and forth before he admits that he doesn't even have a rig and he's just having fun. Tonight he tries to do it again.

My guess is that he's drunk.
