In America you can defend yourself against unlawful arrest EVEN if you have to defend your freedom with a law enforcement officer's life, but we all know his buddies will kill you either way... we are screwed!

Shouldn't the fact that the dog was barking at them have proved there was no robber in the house?

Do you know how all those "people" in Ferguson & Baltimore had time to protest and riot... because that don't have jobs....

White folks don't do that **** because 1) Most of us had fathers 2) we have to go to work so we can pay for wic, food stamps, & Medicaid
 
I am not one for suing, but I'd make an exception in this particular case.

Here's how I read the story. White guy is at home with the back door unlocked, chilling with his dog. Police get a call about a possible burgalery in process with a description of house and no address. Police show up at intersection and pick out a house close by that fits the description. They find the unlocked (not kicked in) door and announce themselves. Dog says **** you, so the cops shoot it. White guy says **** this and tries to run. He gets nicked on the leg. In all the panic, trigger happy black cop shoots another black cop because black on black crime is just so prevalent in our society, that he didn't want to let us down. White buy buries dog, black cop fights for his life.

White guy should become the I got shot lotto winner for the state and they split the mega millions with him.
 
**** happens all the time. How bout the one where Atlanta swat team through a flash grenade in the wrong house.. Went through a window and in the baby bed. Baby was asleep. Messed the kid up bad. May have died, memory loss. I Give a fuk if ur a little bit racists or a lotta bit, that's super Fawked up.

Also I remember an old lady gettin shot up, same ****.. Atlanta PD, wrong house.
Atlanta PD is on the same line as the lil crooked Mexican police that pulls ya over on your vacation to Cozumel and tells you "cash or jail". Pfffffff. Red dots on all their foreheads.. what happens when you give a bunch of DUMASSES a tad bit of power..
 
After getting over my dog being killed I'd be like:

"I got the glory, I got the fame, the money, the jewels, the cash, the Denali. Getting drunk on the reg, f*cking good times on the reg, yachts on the reg, sex on the reg…" :woot:

I'm with you I'd own that mother ****er. I have the utmost respect for police but at the same time **** like this pisses me off.
 
Atlanta PD must be a bunch of amateurs. That's a rookie mistake. Also, they were probably worried that it could have an ambush. A lot of police officers have been killed while responding to 911 calls that are actually a set up. It just happened recently, a cop was ambushed in an abandoned house. Several years ago, a good friend of mine was killed in the same manner. He was the #1 guy in a stack doing a dynamic entry on a house, 911 call about a suicide......he breeched the door and caught several 7.62 rounds in the gut. The guy's suicide plan.....have a shoot out with a SWAT unit. He actually had sandbagged fighting positions built through out his house, numerous firearms and ammunition, and the guy was well trained.

However, in the case recently in Atlanta......these guys were just scared amateurs who didn't know how to handle that situation.........NEVER enter a house without identifying yourself first.......that's lesson #1 on day #1 at any academy.

Also, who's to say that the 911 call was actually a cover up for them to break into the house and rob the guy? It happens.

Actually not true government housing like the projects we often think about.

It's when the government pays part or all of your rent at a private owned residence.
 
A house next to my buddy's house was turned into section 8 a few years ago. The banjos threatened to call the cops on us for being loud one night so we told them go ahead, we'll tell the cops you have drugs in your house. They never called the cops.
 
Lmao it was a joke and a reference to Kenny Powers....obviously an epic fail.

Its sad that we've become a sue-happy society but I believe this particular case warrants just that. Its bullshit.
