My 1979 CJ5 ran 35 Boggers with a 2 inch Rancho softride springs, SUA, and relatively aggressive fender trimming. AND IT FLEXED REAL GOOD! The Rancho softride was not that fun on the street, as it tended to sway pretty good. I'd go with a firmer spring for street. It didn't really need aggressive trimming until I went from 33s to 35s. Also woulda done better for the street if I still had on the '79s factory sway bar, which I discarded.T.
