Identify this rig

Whos rig is this? I saw it on a guys myspace from some snow wheelin pictures he had and thought it was pretty badass. Anyone ever seen it or know of some sort of build up? It has an oregon plate on it.

Nice looking rig but why did he build off that 3" shittybilt bumper? The tube work looks pretty good from what I can see. Why fawk it all up with that.

Yeah I agree with the fat tires and low slung. The fenders look cool from what you can see. You got any more pics of this thing?
