Better money, better ben's , more room for growth ... some travel ( they have numerous facilites including one in Hong Kong and one in Hawaii and Id be # 1 company parts guy and would need to audit and help setup other parts rooms at these types of facilities. )
Plus most the guys at the Bham one are gear heads too and the manager I worked with for JetSouth so long and very much respect is working for them as well. ( He told the boss when they went lookin into this position not to look any further than the next hangar... i.e. Me ! )

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd.... most thier tech's over there are gearheads, they piddle with thier mustangs or whatevers in the shop room a lil when they get slow and the boss that talked to me this morning said straight up they are a "family " atmosphere he is proud of his guys and the work hard and play hard. he has no problem with it. They know about my XRRA intentions and fully support that too
