My ol' man and I have been debating this..... and I don't know.

funny... I have done both on my chassis and havent decided yet either . LOL Ive tried 3 different styles to be exact.. laughing

I havent ran those cause I havent decided on the windshield bars. ( well I have really the A style are there i just keep putting them in and taking them out cause it looks so "normal" )

But yes you are right, they need to continue on to the frame rails thumb.gif

"A" bar all the way on yours Rob. Yours is setup for and "A" as it sets. Otherwise you have them starting and terminating near nothing.

I like the look of a "V" but then you look at the roofbars, and I hate everysingle rig with a "V" because of the clutter on the roof to make it look somewhat right.

Alright... A it is... I was thinking A but second guessing myself because my dad's cruiser V looks good... But he's running his roof bars different

I did a straight down single bar on kcmwGreg's chop top 4Runner 2 weeks ago... We did the V on my dad's.. I actually was sold on the V until I tried figuring out how I was gonna tie my roof in with it.

what supports do you have holding the dash bar up should be the next ??
it all works together, all the way to your frame rails
but that's just my nickle

The dash bar goes to the frame on the outsides but I am going to run some tube in the middle underneath because in a hard hit the middle would potentially fold... It's a good spot to start my firewall so I'm hooping over the tranny but yes I see ur point. A few toobs are just not in place yet... Either way it'll beat the fawk outta the exo cage that Big Jim and I built on the my truck when it still had a cab.

Yes I think that is true with yer rig there kid rok :drinkers: Your rig flat goes...

Got em cut notched and sittin on magnets...****ed with my second cowl bar more than anything tonight... Gonna go at angles from the A bar down to the frame and hang a sheet of Aluminum on it and wabam there instant firewall... THen make a flat spot to mount the BTF battery box above my tranny..
