Only thing I see wrong with this.....deputy goes to bar to get a drink. Deputy drinks 12 drinks. Deputy puts out someone's eye.

Other than that, I say everyone should conceal carry that is legally allowed to. Crime goes down a helluva lot when everyone is packing.

I just love the president that will be set here.. I am tired of feeling like a criminal when I walk into a school, courthouse, or football game with my concealed firearm... If an OFF DUTY officer can, then why can't I?

The Constitution doesn't say **** about needing a permit to carry a firearm. It does however say that cops need a permit (warrant) to search you. So in my mind as long as I keep it concealed and my mouth shut it's more illegal for them to search me without probable cause than it is for me to keep it hidden. Of course I'm sure that argument would be a bitch to hold up in court but I've decided that if I have to pull my gun and use it then the last thing I'm worried about is getting a trouble. My family would rather see me through some bars and glass than talk to a stone so **** all these bullshit laws!
