Omix-Ada Acquires Alloy USA and Precision Gear

Suwanee, GA â€" Ultra Axle, LLC (“Ultra Axle”), an affiliate company of Omix-Ada, Inc. (“Omix”), has just acquired assets of Alloy USA, Inc. and Precision Gear, Inc. in a liquidation process. A partial listing of assets includes inventory, 3 websites, phone numbers, trademarks, computer system and data.

Ultra Axle is currently in the process of moving their on hand inventory to GA and upon taking an inventory count, the entire Alloy USAâ"¢ and Precision Gearâ"¢ current inventory will be available for purchase from us immediately. We will also work around the clock with the current suppliers of Alloy USAâ"¢ and Precision Gearâ"¢ to expedite receiving the missing items soon. Our intention is to make the entire line of Alloy USAâ"¢ and Precision Gearâ"¢ products available in stock in the shortest possible time to serve their customers and ours.

We are planning to have the entire Alloy USAâ"¢ and Precision Gearâ"¢ products available such that these 2 lines also can be mixed with Omix’s products, enabling customers to purchase both these lines along with Omix, Rugged Ridge, ORV and Outland products under Omix’s best in industry freight policies for both stock and dropship orders.

For years we admired the quality, ingenuity, effective marketing and far reaching distribution of Alloy USAâ"¢ and Precision Gearâ"¢ brands in the market. Now we are planning to add our financial stability, high fill rate, same day shipping, freight programs and ecommerce tools to theirs in order to take these lines to their fullest potential in serving the customers and the markets.

We are naturally excited to have these product lines available through our distribution channels. Please bear with us for a few weeks and you will see further notifications, product listing and prices that you can resume your purchases of Alloy USAâ"¢ and Precision Gearâ"¢ products again. Warn Axle Acquired by Randy's Ring & Pinion

Clackamas, OR - Warn Industries is pleased to announce that Randy’s Ring & Pinion has acquired the axle business
from Warn. The product line will be undergoing a name change and will be sold by Randy’s Ring & Pinion, but many of the product designs will remain basically the same. Randy Lyman, and his team at Randy’s Ring and Pinion, are committed to offering our customers quality products and great service.

The equipment, tooling and inventory for the heavy duty front axles, front hub conversion kits and replacement parts will be transferred to Randy’s in early December, and they anticipate shipping parts to customers in January.

Warn Industries will continue to handle consumer questions and warranty calls for WARN products purchased before November 25th. After the 25th, orders for new axle products and orders for service/replacement parts should be directed to:

Westin Acquires T-Max Winch

Irindale, CA - Westin Automotive Products of Irwindale California, has announced that it has purchased the assets of T-Max LLC located in Elkhart, IN. T-Max LLC is the North American distributor for T-Max (Hangzhou) Industrial Co., LTD, a manufacturer of Winches, recovery systems and related off-road accessories.

Commenting on the acquisition, Bob West, Westin’s Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, said that; “T-Max is an excellent fit for Westin, they have a strong brand name and reputation for producing quality winches and accessories, and this coupled with Westin’s new line of Max winch capable grille guards and light bars will be a winning combination”.

Westin will be relocating the T-Max inventory to its Minnesota based warehouse for combined order placement and shipping convenience for Westin customers. This is the second strategic move Westin has made in the past month.

Previously, Westin announced it partnership with Wade Automotive, a well known manufacturer of bed protection products, top quality wind deflectors, bug shields and hood scoops for trucks and automotive applications. With over 30 years of service and experience in the specialty equipment automotive aftermarket, Westin is best known for its award winning line of grille guards, step bars, running boards and rear step bumpers.
