I agree 100% I know its not a laptop, but we have had our iMac for about 3 years and have had ZERO issues with it. It is just as fast now as it was when we got it and we have 1000's of high res pics, lots of vids and some full length movies on it. I recently bought MS office for it so I could do school work on it since the classes require using word for papers/assignments. It is nice not worrying about viruses and if my antivirus or spyware programs are all up to date. We will never buy another PC for a home computer and we have had MANY different kinds....including the most problematic Dells....Save some cheddar, dont get the Ipad and buy a Mac....'Brian
