IPod Idiot

So I bought one of the new Ipod Touches today. How and the Hell do I get my videos on it. I have downloaded ITunes and have a ton of songs on it but can't figure out how to get my video on it. The damn thing comes with no instructions, you would think they could include some.
I am not even sure if I have figured out how to turn it off.

Never had a video iPod, but I'm 95% sure iTunes will have an import video option somewhere.

Itunes has a moive option and I go to that and try and upload one of my videos, but it doesn't work. If I cant figure it out, I will just take it back. I don't want it if I cant put my videos on it. Thats the whole reason I bought it.

Just looked at my iTunes, looks like you might need to convert the vids to mp4. Not possitive though, but that's the way it seems for me.

i was told (and already under the impression) that you had to PAY FOR and download you rmovies from iTunes....i was told i can not put anythign on my Ipod for free but music....

was i told wrong....?

I got one movie on there but can't really figure out how I did it or how to get another one on it.
I am gonna try a few more times today, but if I can't figure it out I am just gonna take it back.
I figured out how to put pictures on it, that was easy.

Ok I figured it out, i had to download an Ipod video converter. Works pretty good and the quality on the movies isn't the greatest,but they look way better than if they were on Youtube.

Good to hear it. I really want a touch for the wifi option myself. Being able to play on Hardline and stuff while at a hotel and not have to worry about my laptop would be great.

Its not as easy as you think. Its hard to press certain buttons because the screen is so small. It seems to work well though.

i got the itouch for xmas from the ole lady...it is nice...sittin at the mickey ds lot today and googled....NOICE!!!

and, my 'touch' pulled 3 videps right out of th emedia player....didn't have to put them in or anything....grabbed it like it did all my pics and music...FAWKIN NASTY i tell ya....

Alright, well now I'm trying to save a DVD movie to my iPod. The converter Cole posted SAYS it'll convert the VOB files(DVD), buuuut it doesn't. I've tried 5-6 programs now and none seem to work, I'm always missing some little detail. Anybody mess with this kinda stuff?
