Hey guys I know this was asked awhile ago but I wanted to find out if its worth getting a set of 36x13.5x15 Iroks, for my 4runner. I have Boggers now and I'm trying to sell them and go with somthing different. I had a set of MTR's and a set of TSL\SX's But I have heard good things about the Iroks especially in the PNW. could really use some info thanks.:D

On my second set of 36's and have a set of 39's in reserve:awesomework: Love them to death in the snow.:awesomework:

i havent ran them yet, but some of my buddies do. they get around in the snow MUCH better than i do with my cut sx's.

IROKS will be my next set.

Best overall tire(non sticky) IMO, and I have ran them all.:;

I've got set that don't work......:eeek: .......:fawkdancesmiley:

MTR's aren't a bad choice either, not good for mud though.

Boggers are :rb: :awesomework:

I have run my IROKs for 3 years in the rocks. Bias ply, beadlocked, at 4-7 psi. Tires are about 1/2 tread left, still hook up great. Used to have MTRs and went thru them like crazy, mostly because of sidewall damage. Now I don't carry a spare unless I'm far from home.
I park my rig in a cargo trailer sometimes for 2 months without moveing it. I have to air down to almost nothing to get the rig to clear the cage. Sometimes it takes a while to get the flatspots out.:D

IMO great tires at a very reasonable price. They take abuse with the best of them. I'd buy them again.

Steve

Iroks seem to be the tire of choice---maybe I should shoehorn a set onto the Sami once the stretch has been done....
