Anyone know about these?? It's not a steel-frame trailer home.. it's wood joists... from what I understand it is just like a normal house just partially assembled offsite... Do I need to run from it?? It's alot more house for the $$$ than a conventional on-site built, and the lot is worth damn good $$$ by itself.. It's on a foundation/full huge ass basement etc...
