Might be an option for the future, but Stilwell will soon be Annexed into Overland Park, if/when that happens (they already have west of hwy69 and are soon to be on the east side of it) then I will never be able to build an accesory building... My thoughts are build it while I can. Yep additions to the house def. possibility in the future depending how long I stay and how my family grows laughing1 Hopefully nothin in the near future on that end. Another option for out-of-towners is finishing the basement luckily I haven't got that picky of friends juzz throw an air mattress in the living room or office and call-er a day
