If that's the case i wouldn't weld the front but i would put a good locker in the rear. I, along with most here lol, have wheeled a welded 44 front. Even with 35's on that fullsize rig is a disaster waiting to happen. Back in the day i had a 44 under a relatively light jeep wrangler. I could wheel all day, then stop for something and back up on level ground and grenade an axle. After a while it starts to destroy other parts, such as ball joints, spindles, axle seals. It gets old quick.
