Yes, I know that "Jeep" is a trademark name of Chrysler Group, LLC. We use it in accordance with their use guidelines. I'm curious why you mention this.

Because I can think of a couple folks who got nice letters in the mail.

I guess it would depend on the conditions of their use. Chrysler Group, LLC does not restrict the use of the word "jeep" in club or event names. But, they do restrict the use of the actual logos, in accordance with their "The Jeep Brand" Key Visual Elements and Usage Guidelines. Chrysler Group, LLC also sponsors Jeep events around the world. In fact, we have already sent our request to them to sponsor the Great Northwest Jeep Parade & Festival.
