There is a TSB regarding a poor connection on back of Instrument cluster; You said the cluster isn't working also?This may be a good area to start-remove cluster and check/tighten connectors; and retry...Also, smack the gas tank, as I had one with a bad fuel pump that sent me for a loop!!! For some reason if there was no pump operation, there was no spark from coil!!!! Put a new pump assy in it, It Fired Right Up!!!
