By intuition and by your description, because all the regular electric functions, but not the electronics, I would say you hooked up, or charged the batterys backwards. Probably took out a fuseable link or a main fuse. (or worse) Check your batterys with a voltmeter. red on poss and black on neg. Does it show proper voltage, or neg voltage?
