Has anybody else had trouble with a Jim's performance harness harness not fitting worth a damn? The wires that go to the throttle body and the alternator won't reach. What is the best way to extend the wires?

Probably a stupid question but did tell them if you flipped the intake or relocated the alternator like lots of folks do?? As far as extending the wires on mine we just use butt splice connectors, soldered, and heat shrunk them. No problems so far.

the last harness he did for me I changed some things around sent him a layout of everything with measurements got it back and it all went into place he has done 4 for me and never had any issues

No I bought this jeep as a project that was already started so the guy that I bought it from already had it done.

You can get the factory pigtails that come with 6-8" of wire and use some of the heatshrink covered butt connectors so there is only one splice per wire.
