I don't even know what a T hook is. I don't use a tow dolly, cause dollys are for weeners like jobless. And I always grease my balls.

So, for an IFS rig, you're saying we shouldn't tie down to the suspension components? That was never the argument.

And it's not talking about towing on a U-Haul rental dolly. It's talking about using a dolly (for the rear wheels) to get all 4 wheels off the ground when towing with a wheel lift. Like this:

Last I checked, not many of us are towing front wheel drive vehicles. :fawkdancesmiley:

Ok this one says fords, is that better?:fawkdancesmiley:

My point is, the manufacturers (GMC) recomendation for towing is to use T hooks to the t hook slots on the frame. Even though a Jimmy is IFS, it's still got an axle in back, and did you see it say "except for the rear" ? Just like repairing a vehicle, some manufacturers have recomendations, and some don't, but I can bet that most, if not all that do have recomendations for towing in the owners manual, will say to hook to the frame.

I have no gmc crap on my **** so i will strap my rope to the axles and go.
