Introducing our New Production 4 Seater Chassis.....dubbed the "Rogue Quattro"

chassis2.jpg

The Rogue Quattro chassis is fabricated from of 1.75" x .120" DOM tubing with 1.25" DOM tube gussets to add strength in key areas. The Rogue Quattro chassis is set up to use a FJ cruiser hood and grill. The 'Quattro' can accommodate 4 passengers with extra storage room.

A front winch plate is included with the chassis. The winch plate is CNC cut from 1/4" steel and then formed in a press brake for ultimate strength and fitment.

Also included with the chassis are two front tow point inserts. Machined from 2" steel round bar they allow for a solid tow point for the front of the chassis.

Give us a call at the shop if you have more specific questions. A two seater version will be available soon....

The following pics came from Beyer (The owner)....

He took delivery of his chassis last weekend and we set him up with most of his suspension brackets last night.

The chassis is designed to be easily assembled with our bracket line.

This is our lower 4 link bracket. This allows for an easy assembly of a triangulated lower control arm setup.

Here's some of the brackets specifically made for our chassis, however they could be used on other applications.

All CNC cut from 1/4" steel and then formed in a press brake...

These are for the front lower control arms.

These brackets have a 1.75" Radius on the bottom. They fit perfectly on our subframe assembly for an easy upper control arm bracket.

That fugger is HOT! Approx what wheelbase range will the chassis accommodate? What is the price? Base model, to full loaded with the brackets, and all?

Hey Ken what is a price on something like that in roller form? And like Wyatt asked what is the WB and dimensions etc? Any plans for a 2 seater?

Very nice, I need one of those degreed lower link mounts setups for 3.0 Ballistic ends with 3/4 through hole, yours capable of that ??

Thanks man..

Minimum wheelbase is 115" (At least with 44" tires).

$4500 - Base. 4-6 week turn around time.

Roller - This question is hard to give an answer to for everyone. Depending on your choice of axles and suspension components, you'd be looking at around $15,000 to $20,000 + or - either way. We can go bling with Spider 9's or keep it simple with some rebuilt full width axles. It all really depends on what gear you'd want to run.

Yes a 2 seater is in the works....It will keep many of the same lines as this chassis.

Thanks P.
Shoot me some dimensions on those ends and I'll see what I can come up with for you.

I know one day I'll need a backseat, and haven't found one I like yet, but I'm kinda liking this one.
Anyway to make it in a 7/8's or 9/10 size?

When the time comes, just give me a shout. I know we can accomodate your needs.

Just a little update...

Chris brought it back to us to skin it out for him. We skinned it out using combinations of .065" & .100" aluminum. Including a transmission tunnel with a seperate T-Case cover, firewall, floor pans, rear seat enclosure, side skins (Program save on the CNC table for easy replacement), roof, dash, and a cowl formed from 14 ga. & 11 ga. steel.

We also added a small stinger to the front end.

He picked it up and painted the chassis, now he's bringing it back up here for us to install the motor this evening.

Then he'll be taking it back home to wire & fire it!

Pics coming soon....

Very nice work Ken.

As for the look-alike....hell, there is just so much you can do with a chassis. Hard to make them totally unique and still get to use Jeep hood and grill parts. It looks more simple and lighter than a Fusion to me.

It's all good....

There's so many differences between our chassis and a Fusion, I personally don't see the resemblence. The lines are totally different, but it may be hard to tell w/o seeing th chassis in person.

NOW....if you look at a Fusion vs. a Bruiser...there's a chicken and egg story for you....Which one came first? molaugh

Thanks Nolen.
