**** all it takes is $$ right ? My XRRA dream/experience has shown me the light. Ill race here and there comps, and Ill hit XRRA again next year when it breeze's through Bham, but with fuel , entry , rig maint, safety req's, and everything associated with a race on a pro level. FUUUUUUUUUUUG that. I dont even scratch the surface of having the type of money needed to even show up. I woulda never made the GrayRock event if it werent for all the people that helped and chipped in and sold me parts and so on so forth. I had loaner harnesses and a borrowed Optima cause I didnt even have the $$ for that left over... I completely wiped out every penny I had for that sorry showing laughing1 between building the buggy and getting it there in time without any type of shakedown at all that was some of the stupidest money I ever spent. But it was worth it because I had set a Goal to do it last year and with all the help and fun we had along the way we meet that goal.
