OK, so I was surfin the PBB and came along this thread and at the bottom they are talking about " Head " hill or something lik e that , it LOOKS like the top of that canyon or whatever I dont remember what its called anymore but Whats the "real" skinny on it ? In the pic it looks completely doable. I noticed this blazer guy has trailkrawlers on his windshield so I dont think he's been exposed to "real" obstacles. I thought I'd ask if anyone knew about were that was in the park and what the skinny was. I dont miss KS wheeling. :flipoff1:

I tried it with the Kubota, but had to exit left and still had a helluva time as it's kinda like Boatramp. I lost my headgasket there. No idea what the name was then.

yea Head Wall... I'll tag that ish in a couple weeks thumb.gif

Greg played hell in his yota on leafs/doubler/36" iroks and couldn't make it.

I don't think it's impossible, it's tough though. I'll try it in the yota here in ~3 weeeks :drinkers:... it's dug way the hell out at the bottom so it really sucks. Everyone gets on it and does the same thing humps the rocks...

Just checked the link... yea that's paul buckmaster in the blazer--techta has done some work on that rig.

One of those obstacles where I think if you had a big-ass tire it'd be no problem to bump it over... That blazer is on 38's...

..and from what I've heard, the park is getting better. I hope so---it's under an hour from my house (which P and Bones know is CLOSE if you live in KS)

Yeah it was a solid 2+ from where I lived, but it has potential and for your location, it's great.

That was the last place I wheeled before I left Ks.... it is way better than tuttle. thumb.gif And alot closer than anything else ! laughing1

i never could make it up head wall. had my rig standing on the back tire more the once on it
seen 3 rigs up it (one with 38s) you have to bama bump it to make it

I'mma try the bama bump with my pile of parts see if square drive shafts will give-err what she needs pepper.gif laughing1 laughing1 laughing1

That was a fun time. I think it was the last outting for the Kubota too :'(

been there once, I wont make a special trip to go back. The Head wall is the only obstical in the whole park. Give me Tuttle anyday dat over Ks rocks.

Tuttle is alright, just was 3+ hours from my house at the time. Another hour and I could be in Disney

KsRocks is not an "obstacle park, I agree with you there. **** we drove Miles old 78 chevy pickup with a welded rearend open front full body with hummer tires all over that place in the rain. laughing1

how many duane? :flipoff1:
well, I got there late and hung over, ran up the "canyon" below head wall in about 3.5 seconds and lost a bead right at head wall. first and last time there. bones and paul and I got the bead back on. bones had enough in his CO2 to barely get my bead on with mud and **** in the bead and 5 guys pushing on it to get it back out laughing1 had an even funnier time on the side of the road with miles trying to get his trailer tire fixed. laughing1 then we wer OUT of air.

I lost a wheel leaving that climb on the "fire road" one time. laughing1

Miles bouncing the red rocket off the trees on pinball in the rain was hell-larious!

As far as Kansas spots go... I still want to go back and wheel cathouse again... So does my dad. Might have to plan a trip that way even though it's spendy to play there.
