What program can I use to do this easier than Paint and not cost me a ton? I want to label tornado pics for location taken, date, etc before making prints for others.

How it works though is you create a GIF or Jpeg or whatever file type image of your text with a white or black background(use Paint or something for that) and it will put it anywhere on however many images you choose. Might not be exactly what you're looking for.
