Leaking X-Cab Window

So, the snow made it painfully apparent that the rear side window of my Toyota leaks water. I haven't torn it all apart to see just which edge of the window it's leaking from, but I'd like to continue having a cab corner. What's the fix for this little issue?

Im not that familiar with your body style ext. cab windows but I have a 92 that I have replace about six of them in. If your cab is tweaked like mine then they dont seal very well. What I did was use narrow self adhesive weather striping put it on the window in such a fashion that it does look ugly and the made slight adjustment to hinges and latch to allow the window to shut tighter. Once you get them to seal like you want dont open them.

Mine don't open. Cab shouldn't be tweaked, truck hasn't really been wheeled.

Sorry like I said Im not that familiar with your body style ext. cab windows. Sounds like a new window seal is in order.

There is also a seam right behind the cab that sometimes start to leak....
