OK, whos runnin them, what are they, how do you like them .....???

I thinking about putting them on the 1/2 dodge, just wanted to see if anyone else is running them.

I'm running them, Ram 2500 CTD quad cab short bed, they're great w/a load, I noticed a huge difference w/a load, towing a trailer, cab full of guys to SandLake or the like. When empty, they make for a pretty stiff ride in the rear even w/just a few pounds of Hg. Firestone setup, just ran lines to the rear bumper, we had to get out of town for a trip and I've just never gotten around to installing the tank/compressor/guage cluster that I have for onboard adjustments.

had to get a spacer to match my lift

tried to get creative w/my airstem mounting

I say firestone bags. We install them all the time and never have any problems. (unless you let the bags go flat and continue to drive on them) Keep at least 10 lbs of air in them at all times.

Damn...got lift block :redneck:

Fire stone, and make sure to get the whole kit like said earlier... Having the compressor and tank is nice so your not having to constantly fill and check the pressure of the bags...

I plan on going with firestone bags, compressor and incab controller/ gauges when money comes around. My brother has them on his 250 and they seem to work well.

We use both Air Lift and Firestone at my shop and have never had a problem with either one.
I do however like the new onboard air system from airlift, the controler in the cab is smaller than a brake controler

I am pretty sure the firestones are the direction I am heading in. For the money its not bad.

just my 2 cents..
i keep 5 psi in mine .. threw 2 full pallets of solid block in the bed (about 2k lb ea) and my truck sat down all of an in maby inch and a half.. had another inch befor the overloads came in.. not realy needed on my truck.. but thanks for asking..

I got an 2005 1500 Dodge, I have a set of AirLifts on it. This is my second Dodge, and the first one had them too.

I have a trauck camper I load in the baed, so the air bags help with the load of that. The camper only weighs around 1,100 pounds, the bags work great.

My only recommendation is to run seperately air lines for each. Some instructions show one air line with a t-split to each bag, I wouldn't recommend that. IMHO.

If I had a 3/4 or 1 ton truck the Firestone bags would be the ideal ticket.

And yes, I modified the mounts in the AirLift kit, so I could locate the bags right on top of the axle , not down the leaf pack.

I run the Air Lift F+R with an old school controller. Never had any problems, I haul a 10.5' camper and trailer/Jeep.
