going to be linking my toyota in the rear and was wondering what you all are running.I am going to be using the Curry forged JJoints. specs on rig, 4.3 V6 turbo350 dual cases, 9" rear and 38.5 SX's. RIg weights around 4-4500#.

My opinion on link diameter, the bigger and burlier the better. 2 - 2.5" x .25" wall

Fawk 1/4 wall except for uppers. For lowers do at least 3/8ths. To do it once do 2 inch 1/2 wall chromo and get it hardened.

im planning on using 1.5"x.25" sleeved with 2"x.25" for my lowers and 1.5"x.25" for my uppers. will be plenty strong, and my rig weighs in at 5000lbs

It depends on your rig and how you drive it along with the length of the link. 1/4" wall is way too thin for lowers. Mine are 1-3/4" .250 wall dom sleeved over 1-1/4" solid. Basically 1-3/4" solid links and I still bend them often.

looking at link length of around 42" and was thinking of 2.25" x .375 wall for lowers and prob. 2"x.25 uppers

I run 1-3\4 by .25" in the front and they bent on the first run out (too small). I am in the process of beefing them up. Basically I am adding sliders made of 2x2x.25 sliced in 1\2. If that doesn't work I will make them the same as my rears. I'll post a picture when I finish that. In the rear I run 2.25" x .25" dom and I dont foresee any problems there. They are still straight and make excelent sliders. Part of that though is that my buggy is very light.
