Locker for Dana 60 35 spline front

Which is better grizzly or Detroit . They about the same money but heard a lot of people breaking a Detroit locker. What is the way to go?

True statement I took the locker out of the back of my ride and am seriously thinking about taking the front one out too! If you was to buy me a full spool and a new set of carrier bearings I'll give you my detroit :****:

Grizzly is supposed to be pretty good. Have one in my 14 bolt and never hear it make a sound. Got the Spartan locker in the front 60 (like the lock right but made by Yukon). Was gonna put a Grizzly in the front but came out cheaper going with the Spartan and have only saw good reviews on it. Haven't looked at much on lockers lately but when I was buying gears/lockers everything I was seeing on the Grizzly was good and people were having better luck with them when they break axles over the broken Detroits.

I had a locrite in mine. I took it out and welded te spider gears to make a ride. I doubt if I ever put anything else in it I have a Detroit in the rear and I'm not a big fan of it. I'd go spool if I had it to do over.

Is this going in the front or rear. If front are you running hubs or drive flanges

Spartan or fully welded. 2 best options IMO

Unless you drop the $ for an ARB.

Already got a spartan locker in it now. Just don't think it will hold up.
