anybody know where a cheap 5.3 is laying around local? say within 2 hrs... gotta couple tire kickers right now but if i can find one super cheap, or sombdy close to trade motors... I will just keep it and ride still .

Road trip brotha... You can't beat that deal . I don't know to many people that will trade you a running motor for a motor with bad oil pressure. Bite the bullet. Might find someone going that way and make the swap for you.

I never knew what happened to them but i know I was sponsoring one of them and now he is gone. I believe all this happened when all the Butt Hurt issues was going on...

Hah! good... may have to run to the delta of Miss... IDk where its at exactly but its suppose to be a long drive... guy wants to trade motors.. His is a 02 5.3 that runs good... just not sure if i wanna go that far

I've got a 5.3 with a cracked block. I believe everything else internally is ok. I've also got a 6.0 with a busted block. and internals should by ok. Ive also got a 6.0 complete clean and ready to go, but i'll need alittle chaching for it.

Give me a little more info. I think I will be leaving Jackson tomorrow morning headed to Memphis. From Memphis I will be going to Birmingham, then back to Jackson. Will this help you out? If we can work the times out around my work schedule, I don't mind helping.
