Well once we are on the trail there is no going into town for lunch, so bring it with you. As far as breakfast and dinner I will eat in town as they have a ton of options. I have microwave biscuits to eat for bfast if needed, but dinner is eating out for me every night. They have a sweet pizza joint and a good sampling of food in town.
