Been doing a lil digging on turbo setups...

I'd like to see how people have setup a single charger compressor dumping directly into the intake.

Super chevy did a nice wright up on a ebay special.

Has anybody had good luck with eBay reverse turbo headers? And how about ebay turbos... obviously I'm not looking to break any records with my current setup but would like to get some good feed back.

Thanks

I don't know anything about turbo setups, but I am using OBX turbo headers on my build just not in a turbo application. They seem to be nice headers for the money. I know there are some other cheaper versions of them on ebay as well, but I have no experience with them. The headers I'm using are the up and forward, but I flipped them around and ran them down and forward.

Also that motor in those pics came from Just Chevy Trucks, I'll second that they were great to deal with.

I'll be watching this thread too because after I finish my buggy I've got a '52 GMC pick up that is just begging for a turbo'd LS.

I have built a few turbo setups and if ur not shooting for record power just flip Ur truck maniflods and weld a vband obd it and yes the cheap on3 turbos work great they will last along time doing what we do . I am running twins on my buggy now and built a set of headers and I believe If I had it to do again I would run a log style header or stock maniflods that way u don't lose the heat energy threw the headers
