March Event/Workday-Shamrock Run @ MMORV

Dates are March 14-15, 2009. We will be helping Randy again this year by working the event.

I will be there to work on Saturday, I can work the gate like last year. Hopefully Jen will come. It it rains, I doubt she will. Gotta bail around 5pm or so. Who all is gonna be there working the event for the club?

I will be there all weekend. I would prefer to direct traffic off the road and to the cehckpoints, that worked well last year.

As of yestersday, I am not sure now. Mother is having a bad bout of Colitis(Crohn's disease) and might end up hospitalized this week. Hopefully all will be well, if not I will have to pass.

If everything works out, I can help out on Saturday.

I called Jamie and Amie and left a message. This is the only ride all year where we volunteer to help a park out. We did this last year and were a huge help. Please make every effort to be there and be ready to work!

Thanks guys, some pretty serious stuff going on with her and need to get her well again. I am going to build her a cottage house up on my property so we can keep closer tabs on her. Thanks, G

what's the color of the day? Oh yea is anyone bringing a rig or just working? Hotel on saturday night?
I know if I'd been at the meeting Tuesday night I would already know all this but I was actually working

We're wearing our orange hardline workshirts. I plan to stay the weekend fri-sun, but not in a hotel. Randy wants me to do some shooting of the event, but I will try to help with other things as much as I can.
