yep

ditch the toy shiat for a

609 or 60 upgrade kit :fawkdancesmiley:

While I am not saying that these people are wrong, don't get too caught up in the bashing. If you want to build a dependable Toy front axle, go for it. Looks like you are spending less than me! I had to buy the axle! :redneck:

Ummm... I would buy the spacers to match the *future* wide rear axle, and also, I would rebuild the knuckles/bearings/seals while you are at it. Don't dump a ton of money into this, then have a $10 part ruin your day. I would also wait to do the ram-assist until you can afford to upgrade the steering pump. The stock pump will suffice at best...

A few other cute goodies are the "rock ring" felt covers, and the backing plate eliminaters.

Knuckles are being rebuilt and wheel bearings replaced. The knuckles are being cleaned by a buddy of mine right now.

Spacers? felt covers, and the backing plate eliminaters? More info please. Thanks!

Off the top of my head, front brakes. Go with Land Cruiser vented rotors, and IFS calipers. Much improvement over stock brakes.

New brakes are also sittin in the shop and will go on after knuckles get rebuilt. :D
